Established in 2023, Lehane Consulting Ltd. provides medical diagnostics expertise to businesses who are developing diagnostic products that can bring improvements and innovations in health. 70% of clinical decisions in the NHS are based on the results of a laboratory or point of care (POC) test, and such tests are central to successful diagnosis treatment and management of patients. However bringing diagnostic innovations to market is fraught with challenges so I endeavour to apply my 25 years of experience in the IVD industry to provide expert medical advice for product development, market understanding, devising clinical studies and communications to help bring products to life.
